Payment Policy
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). 

Cancellation Policy
Standard Rates Low season (27.04-01.06): If you cancel this booking within less then 7 days, a penalty equal to the 100% of the reservation amount will be applied.
Standard Rates Medium season (02.06-29.06 & 02.09-29.09): If you cancel this booking within less then 14 days, a penalty equal to the 100% of the reservation amount will be applied.
Standard Rates High season (30.06-01.09): If you cancel this booking within less then 20 days, a penalty equal to the 100% of the reservation amount will be applied.
Non Refundable Rates: For non-refundable rooms, if cancelled, modified or in case of non show the total price of the reservation will be charged. The total amount can be charged at anytime after reservation.

Foreign Currency
Payments will be made only in EUR. Other currencies used during the booking procedure are shown only for informative reasons.
